Teen Driver Institute - TDI™, a non-profit subsidiary of DRIVE RSTC, INC., will soon accept donations to contribute to the costs associated with the construction of the first DriveRSTC™ facility in Northern California. Once the first facility is operational TDI™ will continue to accept donations in an effort to reduce, or eliminate, the cost of tuition for teenage driver participation.
